Job Description:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our technical team, assisting in the maintenance and support of our clients’ IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team’s success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
Regularly travel to client sites as needed.
 
 

Requirements:

Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field is a plus.
Valid driving license required
